For the clients that require consistent, on-site IT support, Fidess assigns one of its technicians as a Technical Account Manager who will perform routine and on-site network checkups. These clients are able to build a relationship with the Fidess Engineer, fostering a familiarity that proves beneficial for any IT projects that arise in the future.

In addition to regular on-site network checks, Fidess Engineers have setup and integrated new servers, been the conduit between the client and 3rd party vendors, and planned and performed moving projects for clients transferring to a new location.

On-site Services include:
  • Routine, productive on-site technical support and repair
